This course introduces the field of operations and supply chain management, a key managerial function that encompasses the design, 控制, and improvement of processes used to produce goods and/or provide services. The course will explore foundational concepts, including forecasting, production planning, 主调度, material requirements planning, 容量规划, world-class manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement.
